Target Group:

All personnel carrying out work on wind turbines.

Learning Objectives:

This course serves as a refresher for knowledge already acquired and for teaching changes in first aid. Compulsory content includes immediate life-saving measures and cardiopulmonary resuscitation using one and two persons with an automatic defibrillator. Course content also exercises for various emergency situations, and deepening the knowledge of vital measures.

Content:

Recognise emergencies and describe the rescue chain
Assess emergency situation and describe measures to be taken
Describe accompanying first-aid measures
Carry out cardiopulmonary resuscitation according to the guidelines
Using an AED during CPR
Apply the most important first-aid measures based on various case studies
